Initial Clean

Service Description

This is a full service cleaning that we provide for new clients interested in routine/maintenance cleaning services with us. The Initial Clean must be completed before being able to enroll in Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly cleans. The cost of the Initial Clean is more than the amount of what your maintenance/routine clean will cost because initial cleans are a heavier clean and usually take more time to complete to be able to provide a level of clean to be manageably maintained at your follow up cleans. The base rate of the Initial Clean is $35-45/hr per cleaning technician. Prior to your Initial Clean, we will set up a phone call consultation and in-person walkthrough to discuss further details on what you would like your cleaning service to look like. We will tailor the cleaning and pricing to you. Customizations such as “Add-on Services” and/or deciding to skip areas of your home may affect the price. Therefor, you will be given a rough estimate during your phone call consultation, and the final pricing after the in-person walk through is completed. After completing the phone call consultation and in-person walkthrough, you will be charged a $50 deposit fee upon booking your Initial Clean to secure your spot. This deposit will go towards the cost of your Initial Clean at the time of your cleaning. If you decide to cancel this $50 deposit will be nonrefundable. *the 6hr time slot is simply a placeholder for the amount of time it will take us, it does not reflect the amount of time it will take us to clean, that will be decided upon arrival. Regardless, the time it takes us to clean will have no impact on the cost of service we provide to you since our fees are based on square footage of a home
