Monthly Maintenance Clean

Service Description

Maintenance cleans are charged based on the square footage of your home. Since we will be maintaining the intensive clean we provided at your Initial Clean, and not be starting from scratch, the cost of your maintenance clean will reflect that in costing less than your initial clean's cost. Even so, with a base rate of $0.18 per square foot, the quality of our cleaning service will remain that of what we provided to you at the initial clean and your home will be just as clean as it was after your initial clean! *the 4hr time slot is simply a placeholder for the amount of time it will take us, it does not reflect the amount of time it will take us to clean, that will be decided upon arrival. Regardless, the time it takes us to clean will have no impact on the cost of service we provide to you since our fees are based on square footage of a home. We will be able to better determine the time it takes your maintenance cleans after the first 1-2 maintenance cleans and be able to provide you a regular schedule.
